THREE DAYS IS ALL IT TAKES TO START TO SEE THE PATTERN.

Get Your 3-Day Symptom Map

I hear women say some version of the below over and over:

I'm exhausted.

I just don't feel like myself.

I drink way too much coffee to feel this tired.

They go to their doctor, and each frustration gets handled on its own. Something for the stomach, something else for the sleep, maybe a prescription that helps a little, but triggers something new.

It goes this way because that's how most of us learned to manage our health, one symptom at a time.

But it means nobody ever looks at the whole list at once - which is usually where the answer is.

That's why I start every client with three days of symptom tracking, so we see everything, all in one place.

What's Inside

  • You'll have a clearer sense of whether it's actually the food. Three days of writing things down is usually enough to see whether the bloating or the afternoon crash really lines up with what you ate, or whether something else is driving it.

  • You'll see it's less random than it feels. Once your days are laid out side by side, the good ones and the rough ones start to show a pattern - which takes some of the guesswork (and the worry) out of it.

  • You'll know you're not imagining it. The next time someone brushes it off as just your age, you'll have three days of notes in your own handwriting that say otherwise.

Hi, I'm Angie!

I've always believed that natural processes are the way. That food and physical activity are how we actually reach our health goals, not another prescription that fixes one thing and starts another.

A free functional medicine course came through my doctoral program, and I found my passion and my people. Now I work in collaboration with my clients, who are the true experts of their own bodies. We look at your symptoms and at objective data like labs, and together we decide what's worth trying.

Perimenopause should honestly be a class they teach in school. Everything else about being a woman felt as natural as breathing to me. This part hasn't, and these are symptoms I wouldn't wish on anyone. In a weird twist, it's become a big part of my why.

So I'm walking this road too. Three days of notes is where I start with every client, and it's where I started with myself.
